Baked Sea Bass Recipe - Recipe how to bake Chilean sea bass with lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme, garlic and cherry tomatoes. Very simple and tasty recipe, super fast, and the result exceeds all expectations.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh Chilean Sea Bass steaks, about 10-12 oz each
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 thin slices lemon
  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp capers
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Baked Chilean Sea Bass with Tomatoes Easy Recipe

How to cook Baked Chilean Sea Bass with Tomatoes:

  • Put on the bottom of oven an aluminum foil and grease 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (190°C).
  • Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well with towels.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Put fish in pan skin down, on a layer of lemons.
  • At each fillet put a sprig of thyme.
  • Remaining olive oil to heat in a pan with thick walls, add garlic, fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
  • Add this tomato and salt, boil for some time a minute, add the capers.
  • Spoon tomato lay out a lot of fish fillet, cover with a layer of fish with foil, bake for 15-20 minutes.
