Ingredients:
- 4 fresh Chilean Sea Bass steaks, about 10-12 oz each
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 thin slices lemon
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp capers
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How to cook Baked Chilean Sea Bass with Tomatoes:
- Put on the bottom of oven an aluminum foil and grease 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (190°C).
- Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
- Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well with towels.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Put fish in pan skin down, on a layer of lemons.
- At each fillet put a sprig of thyme.
- Remaining olive oil to heat in a pan with thick walls, add garlic, fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
- Add this tomato and salt, boil for some time a minute, add the capers.
- Spoon tomato lay out a lot of fish fillet, cover with a layer of fish with foil, bake for 15-20 minutes.
