How to cook Barbecued Salmon Steaks with Dill:
- Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
- Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well.
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour marinade over salmon steaks.
- Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours, turning once.
- Brush remaining marinade on salmon while grilling.
