  • Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well.
  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour marinade over salmon steaks.
  • Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours, turning once.
  • Brush remaining marinade on salmon while grilling.
