How to cook Bourbon Grilled Salmon:
- Rinse pieces of fish well under cold running water, drain it well.
- Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar, bourbon, pepper and garlic powder and stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add oil and marinade salmon fillets from 1 to 4 hours.
- Grill it until done.
