Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fresh Crappie fillets, boneless
- 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 3 cups milk
- 10 small potatoes, peeled and halved
- 6 slices American Cheese
- 4 tbsp. mozzarella cheese, grated
- 7 tbsp. ham, diced
- 5 tbsp. onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook Crappie Casserole:
- Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- Lightly coat inside of the casserole dish with oil.
- Lay in the casserole fillets.
- Place potatoes along the sides.
- In a saucepan heat and mix soup, milk, onions and ham, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture over fillets and potatoes.
- Preheat oven to to 250°F. (120°C).
- Sprinkle on the grated cheese and bake in oven for 3 hours.
- Lay cheese slices on top and heat until it melted.
