- 4 fresh whole trouts
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs

How to cook Grilled Trout with Teriyaki Sauce:
- Place fish in salt water and let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Bone and clean trouts, but not split.
- Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels
- Open trout, make it flat.
- Dip into Teriyaki sauce and then into bread crumbs.
- Brush both sides with salad dressing, let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 375°F. (190°C).
- Place trout on grill, skin side up. Grill approximately 3 minutes per side.

How to Bone a Trout:
To bone, use scissors to snip off the pelvic fin (the forward belly fin) and cut off the dorsal fin (on the back) and anal fin (the rear belly fin) with scissors or sharp knife.
