- 4 fresh whole Brook trouts, about 1 pound each
- 1 tbsp Tabasco hot sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp melted margarine

- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt

How to cook Grilled Trouts with Tabasco Sauce:
- Place fish in salt water and let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels
- Mix well in shallow dish lemon juice, margarine, oil, parsley, sesame seeds, Tabasco sauce, ginger and salt.
- Pierce skin of fish in several places with tines of fork.
- Roll trouts in juice mixture to coat inside and out.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Remove trouts from marinade, reserve marinade.
- Place trouts in hand-held hinged grill, brush fish with reserved marinade.
- Cook about 4 inch from hot coals for 5 minutes.
- Turn fish and brush with marinade, cook 5 more minutes.
- Trouts are done when they flakes easily with fork.
- If desired, serve grilled trouts with additional Tabasco sauce.
