- 8-10 small fresh Perch
- 150g of bacon
- 6 tubers of potatoes
- 3 onions
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt, pepper to taste

How to cook Perch Braised with Bacon and Potatoes:
- Small perch cleared of scales, gills and entrails removed, leaving the head.
- Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- The bottom of greased skillet, put a layer of raw potatoes, cut small circles on it - a layer of perch, grease sour cream, sprinkle chopped onion, salt, pepper, chopped greens, putting 2 - 3 bay leaves, sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Then do exactly the same thing again.
- All pour sour cream and simmer in oven until cooked (30 - 35 minutes).
- Submit perch with potatoes, pour the sauce in which they tushilis, sprinkle with chopped dill.
