- 800 g of fish trifles (ruff, Perch)
- 300 g of purified Pike
- 500 g of purified Perch
- 500 g of purified Salmon
- Potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 parsley root
- 80 g butter
- 2-3 bay leafs
- salt, black pepper to taste peas
- big bunch of dill
- small bunch of green onions
- 100 grams of vodka

- In a saucepan bring the fish trifle, onion, parsley, pour 2 liters of cold water, bring to a boil, remove scum and simmer for 30 minutes.
