Ingredients:
- 4 fresh Salmon steaks, about 6 ounces each
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced

How to cook Broiled Salmon Steaks with Mango:
- Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
- Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well.
- Sprinkle cavity of fish with salt and pepper.
- For stuffing: melt 1/3 cup butter in skillet. Add onion and celery. Stir-fry until onion is transparent.
- Add apples, parsley, and mushrooms. Stir-fry 2 minutes longer.
- Mix cooked vegetables with bread cubes, sugar, thyme, lemon juice, eggs, and water. Blend well.
- Fill fish cavity with the stuffing. Close cavity with skewers or wooden picks.
- Place fish in a roasting pan and drizzle with melted butter.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake in an oven for about 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally with additional melted butter.
