How to cook Sauteed Striped Bass in Mushroom Sauce:
- Place the fish in salt water and let it soak for 30 minutes. Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- Spring fillets very lightly with salt and pepper.
- Mix mushroom soup and heavy cream in a pot.
- Saute mushrooms in butter and add to mushroom soup.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Put striped bass fillets in pan and saute 4 minutes on a side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Put ready fillets on a serving dish, cover with sauce. You can decorate with lemon veggies and serve.
