- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- Hungarian paprika

How to cook Sweet and Sour Striped Bass Casserole:
- Place fillets in salt water and let it soak for 30 minutes. Wash fillets well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a pan, melt margarine, add flour, and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, wine vinegar, sugar and mustard.
- Spread 1/2 of mixture in bottom of casserole dish, arrange fillets on top, top with the another 1/2 of mixture.
- Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
Notes:
