How to Place an Order

This page contains step by step instructions for ordering from our online store, how to det 10% discount, shipping information, payment options and how to order out of stock items/back orders. 10% discount on most models if you pay by check or money order

If you would like to make a payment with a check or money order and receive a 10% discount, please send us an email allfishingbuy@gmail.com with the description/links of the items you'd like to purchase or fill out our Request an Invoice form, please include your shipping zip code which we need to calculate accurate shipping cost. We'll send you an invoice that will reflect 10% discount of the price of your purchase. Of course the shipping and handling fee will be added to the invoice.

Multiple item purchase

If you'd like to receive 10% discount on multiple purchase you must send us an email allfishingbuy@gmail.com or Request an Invoice for a 3 or more rods purchase, discount cannot be accomplished on-line.

You can receive a 5% discount of the price of your order for multiple items purchase if you buy 3 rods or a 10% discount of the price of your order if you buy 5 or more rods.

Add Items to Shopping Cart

You can add items to cart from either the main product page or the product detail page by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

We are apologies to all our customers for not being able to process their orders on line which exceed 10 lbs in weight due to PayPal limitations. For the orders over 10 lbs in weight our company will contact you with an additional invoice with the extra charge to cover shipping/handling weight charges.

Place Your Order

You get paid-the payment that is deposited directly into our PayPal account - and you don't have to create a PayPal account!

Payment Options

You can pay for your order by Personal Check, Money Order or through your PayPal account with your credit or debit card.   10% discount applies to check/money order payments (see above).

Shipping Cost

If you pay via PayPal the package will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address only, shipping labels are automatically generated by PayPal based on the address in your PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before placing your order.
   We are doing our best to make shipping as secure, fast, convenient, reliable and inexpensive as possible. We don't make any profit on shipping, we merely pass the cost that we are charged by the shipping carrier to our customers. In our experience we have found that USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments and USPS Express mail for international orders to provide the best combination of safety, reliability, speed and price. Occasionally we have to use USPS Priority International for international orders if the dimensions of the order exceed Express Mail's maximum allowed dimensions for that country. Before placing an international order please use the following link Country's Maximum Limits and Price Group to check Country's Maximum Limits and Price Group. First-Class Package International Service Varies by Country for a maximum Dimensions. For example for Australia:
Min. length 6", Min. height 4", Max. length 24", max length, height and depth (thickness) combined 36", Max Weight: 4lbs.
If the dimensions of your item are larger than permitted, you can't use First-Class Package International Service, check other services available for your country using the following link Maximum Allowed Size for Mails to check maximum allowed dimensions of the package for your country. PLEASE check maximum allowed dimensions of the package for your country Before placing an international order.
   All international USPS Express mail shipments are automatically insured up to 200 USD (International USPS Priority mail shipments are insured up to 67 USD) by USPS. If you wish to purchase additional insurance please let us know what amount you'd like to have covered and we'll be happy to provide you with the quote.

Before placing an international order please use the following link Maximum Allowed Size for Mails to check maximum allowed dimensions of the package for your country.
   Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
   If you'd rather have your international order shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or if it is possible First Class Mail please send us an email to: allfishingbuy@gmail.com with the description/links of the items you'd like to purchase or fill out our Request an Invoice form, please include your country and the postal code which we need to accurately calculate the shipping cost. We'll send you an invoice that will reflect the Priority Mail shipping and handling fee. Please keep in mind that while Priority Mail International is somewhat cheaper, it's also less secure, often significantly slower and the chances of the package to be lost are much higher. Therefore if you do decide to go with the Priority Mail we'll have to buy additional insurance based on the price of the order and include this additional cost in the invoice.

Order Status

Orders paid by Credit Card or through PayPal account are shipped within 24 hours after clears payment. Orders paid by check are shipped within 24 hours after check clears. Please note that all shipping labels are automatically generated by the PayPal system based on the address specified in a customer PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before placing your order. You can always check the status of your order by using a tracking number (delivery confirmation) automatically generated by PayPal system after a shipping label is created. How to order out of stock Items/Back orders

The best measure of the popularity of a rod is the availability of a particular rod model on any given day, week or month. Although we try to keep every item in stock, occasionally some items are not immediately available for shipment and may need to be backordered. Some of the older versions may be replaced with newer modified models and we are not always sure whether we will be restocking them any time soon, if ever. In fact, we try to restock the latest version of each rod as soon as manufacturer comes up with a newer design or modifications.
   The product selection reflects what items are in stock at the moment of purchase. Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from active inventory until checkout/purchasing process is complete. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until you complete the checkout process, which means another customer may purchase this item if he will complete the checkout/purchasing process before you, even if the item is in your cart. If you place an item in your shopping cart that is currently out of stock, a message will alert you that the requested item is no longer in stock and unavailable for purchase.

In an effort to provide the best service to our customers, we allow to backorder items if they're available from the manufacturer. In average, backorders are processed within 10 to 14 days. Please keep in mind that some backorders (certain style rods) may take up to 50 days to be processed by the manufacturer. Most of backordered items normally become available and could be shipped within that timeframe.
   If you would like to order a specific product which is out of stock, please check back often as items may be restocked at any time or send us an email at allfishingbuy@gmail.com with an inquiry about a particular model's availability. Also you can send us a Request an Invoice for backordered item(s). Please keep in mind that the payment for the backordered items cannot be processed online. We will send you an invoice within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
